Spintronic Neuromorphic Paper Accepted at MWSCAS 2026!
🎉 Thrilled to share that our paper “Leveraging Intrinsic Physics of Spintronic Devices for Neuromorphic Computing” has been accepted as an invited special session paper at MWSCAS 2026!
We highlight how magnetic tunnel junctions can leverage intrinsic spintronic phenomena—STT, SOT, VCMA, magnetoelectric effects, and stochastic superparamagnetic dynamics—as native computational primitives for neuromorphic hardware, with system-level examples spanning selectorless synaptic crossbars and sparse superparamagnetic neuronal encoding.
